I just put my day finals are finished and my graduation date. I assume conferral date is when you get the physical diploma, so I'm really just making it up since I doubt I get it at graduation.

For the forms, my laptop has a tool where I can sign documents without having to print out a form. Do they need my signature in ink and then scanned?
So far I have filled in all of my documents by typing in the answers and including a virtual signature. Is that ok?
