Yes, I recieved an offer in 2014 from an SF (w/in Army) without receiving an interview from them. It was a big surprise, because I was expected an offer from a different SF (w/in Air Force). Communication is not always very good within this program, but from what I understand, it has improved in recent years.

Hi recipients, in your experience, are there any facilities that typically do not interview the people they select? I'm just looking for trends, so if you were selected without an interview, please post your facility and field of study, if possible. Thank you!
