I received this email as well and sent them an email stating that my transcript had been sent in May. They responded that they did in fact receive my transcripts and that the email was a mistake. It is very likely that they accidentally sent a mass email, so I would urge you to send an email to smartparticipant@asee.org to check with them before you panic.

I have been in Phase 2 since January so I don't even have a transcript to send them. However, I just received a reply stating that I was placed on the list on accident and they are correcting their records.

I'm a 2016 cohort member and I received the same email about non-compliance. I thought that I had sent them previously, but I requested them again from my university, and let SMART know through an email that I had sent them. They replied and said that they had already received my transcript earlier in the summer, and apologized for any confusion. It might've just been an error with their mailing list for who hadn't submitted their transcripts, but I would wait for them to respond just to make sure that they have yours.

Did anyone else who graduated December 2015 receive an email indicating you will be placed in non-compliance status if your Spring 2016 transcript has not been receive within the next week? I already emailed SMART asking them to correct this but who knows how long that will take.
