Thanks for the reply. I belong to the 2016 cohort. I have no idea who my cohort administrator is. I have shot an email to smart but since its a weekend, I'll have to wait for their reply.

Is form OF 612 something new ? If not, can previous recipients pitch in ?

Ask your Cohort Administrator, seriously. As long as you're polite and willing to work with them, they will be your single greatest ally. I can't even begin to express how helpful my CA was. Yes, there were times that I was frustrated because maybe I didn't get the answer I was looking for, but she was up front with me about things and more than happy to answer questions. They're real people, talk to them.

I need help with "Official Form 612 - Optional Application for Federal Employment".

Its Section A: 1,2 and 3 asks for "Job title in announcement", "Grade(s) applying for" and "Announcement number".
What do we fill in there ?

Also, Section B and C. What do we do with those sections if we do not have any previous work experience ?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
