DJ, I heard the same thing. The CAC form is probably one of the forms they are redoing.

I have had some cac issues myself. The vibe I am getting is that your SF should be able to get you a CAC if the SMART process does not work as intended. I would not get too concerned about it, just keep in touch with your SF and CA.

Has anyone been able to get their CAC yet? I was told that they received my application but they said they could not tell me anything else.
