Call them, errors happen. That being said I remember my year there being a clause that you had to submit all of the paperwork associated with accepting the scholarship (there were multiple forms in the portal to fill out) within a timeframe (it was either 5 days or a week, I can't remember which) in order to officially accept.

I just received an email saying that my offer was rescinded because I did not turn in the correct paper work on time. I thought that the only deadline that has passed though was the one for that we had to accept the offer? Have I officially lost my scholarship?
