I haven't checked on this, but as far as I know, there are no rules against it, so go for it! I would probably email them to make sure there isn't anything against it, but I don't think there is.

Hello smart scholars ! Is there any point in me even applying to try and get this scholarship for a second undergrad degree in mechanical engineering ? I already have a bachelors degree and masters degree in industrial design, I got them in England, I then came to the U.S. and worked in the field for a few years, now I'm finishing my associates of science in mechanical engineering with the intention of transferring to a university to finish my bachelors..
