3. Depends which sponsoring facility you are applying for
4. Demonstrating that your research/experience aligns with the goals of the DoD. Demonstrating that your research/experience is useful to the DoD. Demonstrating that you are applying because you are committed to working long-term in the DoD.

Is above a 3.75 GPA good enough for the app? i heard this was super competitive.
Does University pedigree matter?
Does area of study matter as much?
