Howdy, and I wish you the best of luck in your application!

I sent SMART my unofficial transcripts, then later, after I received the award, I sent official transcripts. I also didn’t apply to my graduate school until after the SMART deadline. You can always adjust your university later. It doesn’t have to match right now.

Hello all! This is such a wonderful resource and I am fortunate that I found it before the deadline. I have some questions, but first some background about myself.

I am a senior mechanical engineering student and will graduate in May 2019. I intend on pursuing a M.S. in acoustic engineering at Penn State.

Does my application to Penn State have to be sent before the SMART scholarship deadline on December 1st?

Are unofficial transcripts exceptable for the initial SMART application?

Appreciate any help
