There are 5 Evaluation Levels. We passed two of them and are in Level 3 now.

I am a semifinalist and have not heard back. I'm replying to ask though, what do you mean by "Evaluation 3" and where did you hear about it? Is there an outline of how many "evaluations" there are in some kind of formal SMART handbook or something?

Isn't it just two evaluations, Applicant -> Semi-Finalist -> Finalist, where the second evaluation takes into account the level of interest that a SF has for you? I guess this might not matter, but thinking and stressing about the details of the process are the only way to kill time :lol:

Anyone hear from the SF so far for interviews? Evaluation 3 is the most selective phase.
