I got in through the loophole and did accept the award before the portal was shut down. My school also has a 2016 next to it. I also have the, "you do not have access to this portal" message.

No, but I get the message "you do not have access to the award portal"

I found that I got it through the loop hole but it doesn't say my school up there. So maybe it only says it next to people that found the loophole and said that they planned on accepting the scholarship.
