If by overload you mean add courses after they've already paid the current bill, then yes it seems likely they will pay for that. You can also simply direct your university to the sponsor letter you (should have) gave them, which basically says to bill all tuition and mandatory fees directly to ASEE.
Give your CA a call or email and explain the situation. As always, give them plenty of lead time and check in on them regularly to see the status of your request, as they are notoriously slow and forgetful.
