can your SF take you as a MS?

can they take you earlier than you planned on graduating?

Those are the primary questions SMART is interested in. Waivers and other bureaucratic tricks will help with other questions, but if either of the answers is a "no", it's a non-starter.

Service commitment for getting Master's instead of PhD

I am considering getting a Master's degree instead of a PhD. Since SMART has paid for one year of my education so far, would I only need to work for the DoD for one year? Is it possible to change my award from PhD to Master's?
