Guess what? One of the most closely guarded secrets about the SMART program is that current scholars know who got the award before the recipients, so we get to sit here and watch you all piss yourselves in suspense as you wait for the emails. We also know how long the SPO is gonna delay the acceptance emails, just to screw with your emotions.

The facilities I spoke with said they thought the announcement would be the first week of April. I have heard so many conflicting dates. Best of luck to everyone!!! :) Keep your heads up!

Someone posted yesterday that they talked with SMART about the award schedule. Apparently awards aren't being released until mid-late April.

Don't hold your breath about getting anything today.

I'm guessing it will be 5 PM EST since the ASEE headquarters is located in Washington, DC.

I am not positive but at least it's somewhat of an estimate.
