Based on last years posts, we should be finding out about passing Phase II (50% cut) by February 15. They will send out an email saying whether or not you will proceed.

Anybody that applied Dec 15th 2012 heard anything yet? According to the schedule it should be passing Phase II of the review process today, I have not heard one way or the other yet. Is no news good news? Anyone know when I could expect to hear or whether or not I will hear if I'm already out?
