I was wondering how applying to the SMART scholarship would work if I am applying to transfer to another college. Since it seems most people get final decisions on the scholarship in April, but I would have to commit to transferring in January it seems like I would not be able to know if I would receive the scholarship before committing to transferring, but the problem is the other college will not be affordable to me without the SMART scholarship. Would I just apply and put my current college on the application and then transfer, or would the terms of the scholarship prevent this?
