The helpdesk is on their game this round. Here was their reply for anyone who is curious

Thank you for your email, your references should have received 3 separate emails containing login credentials and a link for them to upload the letters. We are finding some of the emails are going to spam folders.

My references are trying to login to upload their letter for me, but it does not tell them what their login info is or if they should create an account. I emailed the helpdesk but I wanted to check if anyone here had any insight on to what to do. This is my 2nd application but all my references last year had no trouble.
