Pretty sure they need that request email for the link to submit their letter. Ask them if they have received it. If they have not received it, you might need to contact whoever handles the applications and see if they'll help you out. You really shouldn't submit your application until all the requirements are met.

Uploading Reference Letters

I already submitted my application but am still waiting on two reference letters. I believe I sent them a letter request through the application but am not 100% positive. In case I didn't, how should I tell my references to upload the letters, since I am no longer able to send requests/reminders through the application?
