You should be getting an email by February if you passed the initial top-50% screen, and final notification will come around April or May. Yes, I would be a bit concerned. I got mine within 5 min of my submission, and I didn't submit until 4:58 on December 1st. If you still haven't gotten one by tomorrow (Tues December 5th) I'd shoot ASEE an email and see if your submission went through. Though I don't know if they will be able to help what with the transfer of ownership. But maybe they will?
