2014 Cohort security investigation

Hi all,

I'm having two problems with the current security investigation procedure...

1. I can't access the e-QIP system. When I enter my social security number is says in can't be registered. I called the department of defense and they said it is because I don't have a request from an agency to use the system. I've contacted the SMART contractor and have gotten no response.

2. My state doesn't allow for notarization of copies of official documents like a passport or birth certificate. I've also contacted the contractor about this and gotten no response. Not sure what to do about this one.

Is anyone else having these issues? Is anyone getting and kind of response from SMART?
