Outside Non-SMART Scholarship - Reporting on Taxes

Does anyone know how non-SMART scholarships are reported on a Form-1040? SMART paid the full balance of my tuition and I have some extra scholarships that were refunded by my university and given to me by an organization that have not been used for my tuition since it was fully paid by SMART. I have read IRS Pub. 970 and it is not very clear to me how these scholarships would be reported.

I would appreciate it if any recipients (who may have encountered this problem in the past) would be able to give me any tips on how these additional, non-SMART scholarships are reported. Thank you.

It should be included as taxable income on your 1098t right?

One scholarship is on my 1098t, another is not.
