dumb question but I am a new awardee and was wondering what SSPP stands for on the forms?

Which generally mean you, the awardee. Other common abbreviations are SF for Sponsoring Facility (where you will eventually go to work) and SPO for Smart Program Office (the people that send out the stipend checks and make you fill out yearly forms).
