Pay Band SFs?

Does anyone know how SF's that work on the payband system pay newly minted MS employees?
Depends on the SF and what they think you bring to the table. There are a few payband systems and they don't quite translate equally. I was brought in as a very high DR-01 after receiving my MS in the LabDemo scale for the Air Foece (within DR-02 band after the first fiscal year).user6784 wrote:Does anyone know how SF's that work on the payband system pay newly minted MS employees?
