Offer Letter

Question for Phase 2 recipients: When did you receive your offer letter from your SF for your post-graduation job? Did you need to ask for it, or did they provide it unprompted?

Depends on the recipient. My SF didn't understand how SMART actually worked so I had to ask for it.

Does anyone else have any more insight on this?

You will likely need to ask for it. Probably the semester you are graduating so that they get paperwork straight on their end. From my experience in two facilities, they have been very forgetful and don't plan ahead, leading to scholars being jobless for months after graduation without financial support.

Welcome. The Unofficial SMART Scholarship Forum is fully supported through this banner add. In the past, I have relied on this income to pay for all hosting and domain charges, but it has only covered half of my expenses in recent years. If this is the first time you are seeing a banner here, it is because an adblocker has prevented it from appearing (I don't blame you). If you have found this forum valuable, I would appreciate it if you consider supporting its upkeep.
