Degree Completion/Conferral Date

Degree Completion/Conferral Date
Does anybody have an idea of what to put here on the Educational Work plan? I know when I am supposed to graduate, but am not sure what it means for the two separate dates.

Put your last day of finals for the completion and put graduation for conferral.
