They are automatically paid out so you will still receive the stipend. I don't know how Medicaid works but I don't think they'll have a problem with it as long as you're following the rules and will receive coverage if needed.

Does anyone know if being on medicaid is a problem after August? If it is, will they realistically find out about it?
Do we have to do anything to receive the insurance and misc funds or are they automatically paid out?
