Ended up submitting an award adjustment through the site. moved it a year back and adjusted the day by 10 days to align with my college's commencement date. I also emailed my POC yesterday and they said a year adjustment in this case is no problem. Hopefully the request goes through, thanks for the reply

You should email the SMART coordinator address that is listed next to your award information. The facility POC won't be able to help you. They should be able to work with you in adjusting it. Typically you would fill out a form for adjustments but I'm not sure it's available to phase 0 scholars.

I'm currently a sophomore and put my grad date as May 2024 (it's showing up as such on the award letter on the site), but should've done May 2025. I haven't hit accept award or anything, but also the 'adjust award' button leads to a dead link. Should I contact the email from SMART? Or the POC email that's listed? I'm freaking out
