Im not from there, but from my experience the letter should be addressed to a specific person most likely someone in charge of third party billing.

have you tried looking the person up online because that was my first step and then I found out where that person' office was located and handed it directly to them.

You might be able to even find their email online and you can use that to send them the letter and request an in-person meeting as well so that you're on the same page.
Also not from there - but I did exactly that I emailed the lady who my letter was addressed to - currently shes looking into what needs to be done with it/checking if I have to talk to anyone else. I'm sure your school would do a similar thing.

Anyone here go to Arizona State? What office do we have to take our sponsor letter to? I tried taking it to financial aid and cashiering but they don't know what to do with it. Thanks!
