Mine also changed today! May be additional awardees that were top of the wait list due to the signed in budget increase? May just be random. Trying not to get my hopes up on getting it.

However, I would say it either means we got it or it means literally nothing.

So the idea circulating is that the green message about the portal being closed is a good sign, and might be an indication that you will receive the award. It seems now more people are receiving that message, however some are still reporting the invalid password error.

Don't worry about the troll.
Some people just can't deal with the anxiety so it helps them to make everyone else feel bad. Don't let it get to you because then you let this person win.
You can just rest assured that that kind of person will only get short lived success.

So up until today I got the red invalid username/password error when logging in to the awards portal, but today I'm now getting the green temporarily closed error.

Did anyone else's error messages change today as well?
