I think the only thing you could possibly do is contact the program, let them know your situation, and offer to send an unofficial score report in the interim. Be sure to provide them with the numbers they need to be able to link it once scores arrive (I sent mine in August and had to email them in October to ask them to do in manually). However, they aren't obligated to accept it -- this program gets enough applicants as it is, so unless you had very extenuating circumstances I don't think they'd be inclined to allow late materials. If you are already at a DoD facility you could also cc their service liaison on this / contact them to have them help advocate for you. but as i said, nothing's a guarantee.
