Yes. 9% is this years, that's why I asked what the old one was which was 12%

Just if anyone was curious to check out the 2017 Award Stats.

They finally posted the up-to-date 2017 school directory. Also, even though they forgot to change the link name from "2016 Award Data" to "2017 Award Data" all of the award data has changed as well (I compared it to screenshots I grabbed way back when of the old award data as well as the fact that they changed their format from pie-charts to lists).
